Why am I not getting interviews?
There is rarely one answer. Qilpa separates the parts your resume can influence: whether it can be read reliably, whether it proves the role’s core work, and whether the most relevant evidence is easy to find. It does not pretend every rejection is a resume problem.
Does my resume pass ATS?
Qilpa checks whether an uploaded resume has a readable text layer and a layout that risks being misread by an applicant tracking system. ATS compatibility matters, but it is only one part of a strong application.
How do I know if I am qualified for a job?
Start with the role’s core duties and mandatory requirements, then look for proof in your experience. Qilpa distinguishes direct evidence, relevant experience that needs clearer context, and gaps that would require new experience. Missing every preferred qualification does not automatically mean you should not apply.
Does my resume match the job description?
